KUALA LUMPUR: At least 11 members of Malaysia's banned Hindu Rights Action Force (HINDRAF), including the minor daughter of one of the leaders, have been arrested for gathering outside Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmed Badawi's office to submit a memorandum.
