Maybe It’s A Bad Idea to Politicize Everything
Last week’s major firestorm over Koman’s defunding of breast cancer screenings at Planned Parenthood clinics (followed by a subsequent reversal) only highlighted a growing trend to politicize even noncontroversial ideas and projects in order to fulfill a political agenda. The vanishing of any safe ground for these noncontroversial projects only paralyzes the country from trying to make progress on any of its problems.
