Hindu temple engulfed in blaze
LATEST: A Hindu temple in South Auckland was so badly destroyed by fire last night that investigators are unable to figure out how it started.
The Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple, on Great South Rd in Papatoetoe, was destroyed by the blaze which started about 8.30pm and took eight crews to put out.
The fire was extinguished by 10pm but crews were at the scene until early this morning ...
