KUALA LUMPUR: The political bickering between the “godfather” and “warlord” factions in DAP has now spread to the Penang Hindu Endow-ment Board.

A board commissioner, who de-clined to be identified, said the spat between the factions of party chairman Karpal Singh and deputysecretary-general Dr P. Ramasamy had forced the resignation of board secretary R. Siva Nathan.
